Teilnahmebedingungen:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Das Gewinnspiel endet am Montag, den 29.04.2019 um 23.59 Uhr.<\/li>\n
  2. Unter allen Likes und Kommentaren, die unter unseren Gewinnspiel-Postings vom 26.04.2019 gesetzt werden, wird das Set verlost.<\/li>\n
  3. Ich habe zur Kenntnis genommen, dass mein Instagram-Name und bei m\u00f6glichem Gewinn mein Name und meine Adressdaten f\u00fcr die Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel durch die 43einhalb GmbH in der unten dargestellten Art und Weise verarbeitet werden.<\/li>\n
  4. Kommentare und Beitr\u00e4ge, die gegen die Instagram-Richtlinien, deutsches Recht und oder das Copyright versto\u00dfen, werden nach Kenntnisnahme ohne Ank\u00fcndigung vom Gewinnspiel ausgeschlossen.<\/li>\n
  5. Der Veranstalter des Gewinnspiels beh\u00e4lt sich bei Verst\u00f6\u00dfen gegen die Teilnahmebedingungen oder Manipulationen den Ausschluss der betreffenden Teilnehmer vor.<\/li>\n
  6. Der Gewinner wird per private Nachricht \u00fcber ihren Gewinn informiert. Meldet sich der Gewinner nicht innerhalb von zwei Tagen, verf\u00e4llt der Gewinn.<\/li>\n
  7. Es werden alle Instagram-Namen der Teilnehmer erfasst und zur Gewinnermittlung gespeichert. Alle Daten werden sp\u00e4testens 30 Tage nach Ende des Gewinnspiels gel\u00f6scht, die Kommentare auf Instagram bleiben allerdings bestehen und sind weiterhin \u00f6ffentlich einsehbar. Adressdaten werden nur von dem Gewinner erfasst und nur zum Versand des Gewinnes genutzt. Es erfolgt keine Weitergabe durch den Veranstalter an Dritte. Im \u00dcbrigen wird auf unsere Datenschutzerkl\u00e4rung<\/a> verwiesen.<\/li>\n
  8. Der Veranstalter beh\u00e4lt sich vor, das Gewinnspiel zu jedem Zeitpunkt ohne Vorank\u00fcndigung abzubrechen oder zu beenden. Dies gilt vor allem dann, wenn dieses aus technischen Gr\u00fcnden (Fehler in Hard- und Software, Viren oder sonstige Manipulationen) oder aus rechtlichen Gr\u00fcnden eine ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00dfe Durchf\u00fchrung des Gewinnspiels nicht gew\u00e4hrleistet werden kann oder bei Problemen, die w\u00e4hrend der Produktion auftreten. In diesem Fall erfolgt keine Gewinnaussch\u00fcttung.<\/li>\n
  9. Das Gewinnspiel steht in keiner Verbindung zu Instagram und wird nicht von Instagram unterst\u00fctzt, begleitet oder kontrolliert. Veranstalter des Gewinnspiels ist nicht Instagram, sondern der im n\u00e4chsten Punkt aufgef\u00fchrte Anbieter.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
