Jetzt sucht unser System in unserer Datenbank nach deiner Bestellung.<\/p>\n<h3>Step 2<\/h3>\n<p>Nach erfolgreicher Suche kannst Du nun ankreuzen, welche Artikel Du zur\u00fccksenden m\u00f6chtest. W\u00e4hle die Anzahl der Artikel aus und gib bitte im Dropdown den Grund f\u00fcr die jeweilige R\u00fccksendung an. Nur so k\u00f6nnen wir unser Retourenmanagement erweitern und optimieren. Nun kannst Du auf den Button <strong>\u00bbRETOURE ANMELDEN\u00ab<\/strong> klicken.<\/p>\n<h3>Step 3<\/h3>\n<p>Die Retoure wurde nun erfolgreich angemeldet und du solltest in K\u00fcrze eine E-Mail mit deinem Retouren-Label und einem QR-Code erhalten. Das Retouren-Label kannst Du entweder direkt ausdrucken und auf das Paket kleben oder Du l\u00e4sst es Dir mit Hilfe des QR-Codes direkt in Deinem DHL Paketshop ausdrucken.
