Aber fangen wir von vorne an: Als Mischa und Oliver vor einiger Zeit \u201eWoody\u201c, den Gr\u00fcnder von Sneaker Freaker auf einer Party in Berlin wieder trafen, war es schnell beschlossene Sache, dass ein gemeinsames Projekt her musste. Sneakers, Autos und Casio G-Shocks \u2013 die typischen Lieblingsthemen eben \u2013 verloren schnell an Relevanz als Woodys Spa\u00df an ungew\u00f6hnlichen Projekten auf die Idee unserer Knallbrause-Schoki sto\u00df. F\u00fcr alle Unwissenden: Gemeinsam mit unserer Nachbarin Fr\u00e4ulein Z. lassen wir uns regelm\u00e4\u00dfig neue Schokoladen-Kreationen einfallen und diese beim Chocolatier Gemeiner handgefertigt zubereiten. Woody war Feuer und Flamme. Die Idee f\u00fcr die erste Sneaker-Schokoladen-Kollaboration der Welt war geboren.<\/p>\n<p>Zur\u00fcck aus Berlin setze sich Mischa mit Kathi von Fr\u00e4ulein Z. zusammen um die Basis f\u00fcr die neue Schoko-Kreation zu finden. Orange hatten wir schon, Himbeere hatten wir auch schon. Warum nicht mal eine Knallbrause-Schokolade mit saurem Apfel wie die alten \u201eMagic Gum Sour Apple\u201c T\u00fctchen machen? Schon seit Mischas Kindheit war der gr\u00fcne und saftige \u201eGranny Smith\u201c seine Lieblings-Apfelsorte. Und wie der Zufall manchmal so will kam nach einer kurzen Recherche heraus, dass die Sorte, benannt nach ihrer Entdeckerin Maria Ann Smith, ihren Ursprung ausgerechnet in Eastwood bei Sydney, Australien, hat. A match made in heaven! Unsere 43einhalb Knallbrause-Schokolade kombiniert mit australischen Granny Smith \u00c4pfeln, das h\u00f6rt sich schon auf dem Papier wahnsinnig lecker an.
