Nike Air Jordan IV Retro "What The"
Releasedate: 23.11.2019 | Instore first: Fulda
The icon is back. Since the game-winning shot of basketball icon Michael Jordan, that brought championship glory to North Carolina, he has been an integral part of basketball history. Since 1985, the basketball god has conquered the court and revolutionized the league, wearing his legendary Air Jordans.
The Air Jordan I was followed by countless other generations of the legendary basketball sneaker, including the Air Jordan IV. The icon was first released in 1989 and was the first Jordan model sold worldwide. On the occasion of its 30th birthday, the Jumpman will be releasing several OG styles as well as introducing some new dope colorways of the Jordan 4.
Now, the Jordan Brands pays homage to the four original colorways of the Tinker Hatfield-design shoe – the “Bred”, “White/Cement”, “Military Blue”, and “Fire Red”. Retro colour-blocking with Cement Grey, Military Blue and Fire Red is in full effect and will have you mismatching a mash-up. What's on the left is not what's on the right. What The? On the lace-tips of both shoes are a series of numbers that may appear random, but they’re the actual product codes from three decades ago – with each treated with their corresponding colorway.
There couldn’t be any better throwback on the occasion of the 30th anniversary, and we’re more than happy to present you the Nike Air Jordan IV Retro »What The« at 43einhalb!
