Nike Air Max 180
Up to its re-release the Nike Air Max 180 was known as a "underestimated classic" probably because since its very first release in 1991 not a single retro-release of the AM 180 dropped. The initial Air Max 180 was a revolutionary sneaker that contained 50% more air in the sole than any other Air Max model.
The Nike Air Max 180 went one step further with a clear sole around the air pad that was placed in a 180 angular degree around the heel and gave the AM 180 its name. At first only a handful of colorways were released and even though big television commercials were published and NBA Dream Team Scoring Leader Charles Barkley wore a Mid version of the model Nike pushed the AM 180 only for about a year after its first drop resulting from a law suit by AVIA causing Nike to withdraw the purple Olympic version from sale.
We now present you new fresh colorways on the "underestimated classic" Nike Air Max 180!
