The Grail Club – by 43einhalb

Every customer of 43einhalb can become a member of the The Grail Club loyalty program. The only requirement is a customer account at 43einhalb.com. If you don't have a customer account yet, you can create one here.

The state of your LEVEL POINTS determines your LEVEL (LEVEL 1, LEVEL 2, LEVEL 3 or LEVEL 4) and the benefits you receive. The higher your LEVEL, the better the benefits.

The collected GRAILS are your exchange currency. You redeem them to take the benefits of a LEVEL. You can redeem them for rewards, e.g. value vouchers - as Money Boost for your next purchase.

We leave it up to our customers whether they want to be a member of The Grail Club. You can unsubscribe from The Grail Club via your wallet. Should you wish to leave our loyalty program, you’ll lose your entitlement to the benefits associated with the loyalty program. No further GRAILS will be credited to your account for future orders and any GRAILS and LEVEL POINTS you have already collected will be forfeited.

As a member of The Grail Club you’ll receive 10 GRAILS and 10 LEVEL POINTS for every Euro spent. The decisive factor is the order value. The collected GRAILS and LEVEL POINTS are automatically credited to your account 21 days after your order. Within these 21 days, the GRAILS will first be displayed as »pending« and then as »confirmed«. In addition, we’ll retroactively credit all GRAILS and LEVEL POINTS for your previous purchases this year when you register.

You can collect GRAILS for your purchase. All you have to do is give our local staff the email address of your customer account and your GRAILS will be credited to your account.

You can see your pending, collected and also expiring GRAILS in your wallet. If you have placed an order, give our servers a little time - GRAILS have to be processed and are visible after 1-2 days. After that they will appear as »PENDING« in your wallet. 21 days after your order date they are available and can be redeemed with your next order.

Yes, you also receive GRAILS when you buy sale products.

Yes, the GRAILS will be credited to the person who redeems the voucher when ordering. However, GRAILS cannot be collected when purchasing a vocher box or email voucher.

Some items are excluded from our loyalty program, so you will not receive GRAILS for them. These include e.g. our voucher boxes and email vouchers.

GRAILS will only be credited 21 days after an order is placed. If you return your entire order within this period, no GRAILS will be credited. If you cancel or return part of your order, GRAILS will be credited for the remaining amount after 21 days. Any GRAILS already credited will be deducted from your GRAILS account in the event of a late return.

GRAILS are valid for 12 months after you collect them. So don't wait too long to redeem them.

Once you have collected enough GRAILS, you can exchange them for rewards. Find your wallet by clicking the The Grail Club icon in the menu bar and in the »Redeem« section you can choose your exclusive goodie - these can be traded for GRAILS. You can also find our overview of rewards HERE.

Copy your personal code from your wallet and navigate to the shopping cart. There you will find the field »Enter code« to redeem your code. If the code is valid and fulfills the order conditions you will get your benefits and discounts directly deducted and can complete your order.

You can't buy our The Grail Club goodies, you can only get them by collecting GRAILS: Get the code for the relevant goodie in your wallet, unlock it on the product page and then add it to your cart.

From LEVEL 2 you can receive 5€ and 10€ Money Boosts. When you've collected enough GRAILS, you can redeem them for a 5€ and/or 10€ voucher, a so-called Money Boost. Only one Money Boost can be redeemed per purchase.
You need at least 500 GRAILS for a 5 € Money Boost. The minimum order value is 70€.
You need at least 1000 GRAILS for a 10 € Money Boost. The minimum order value is 70€.
From LEVEL 3 you can get the highest Money Boost. You need at least 4350 GRAILS for a 43,50 € Money Boost. The minimum order value is 100€.

Please note: A Money Boost can not be combined with other voucher codes! Money Boosts of €43.50 (4x) and €10 (10x) are only available for a limited number of redemptions per year.

Certain codes and also vouchers are only valid for a limited time. After this period your code will expire and your GRAILS will be lost. So better redeem them quickly!

Redeemed GRAILS cannot be restored or refunded after codes and vouchers have expired or in the event of a return.

The Money Boost will remain in your wallet until it expires, even if you have already used it for a purchase. After the expiration of the validity, the Money Boost will disappear completely from your wallet. You can also remove it from the wallet by clicking on the »X«. Please note: Once you have redeemed a Money Boost, you cannot use it again – you'll have to exchange GRAILS for a new Money Boost.

No, our exclusive The Grail Club goodies are excluded from exchange! Your redeemed GRAILS cannot be restored or refunded.

Redeemed GRAILS are deducted from your account and cannot be restored. In case of exchange to another size, or in case of a complaint, please contact info@43einhalb.com.

All information regarding your LEVEL status, GRAILS, rewards and other promotions can be found in your wallet. Find your wallet by clicking the The Grail Club icon in the menu bar.

LEVEL POINTS are reset on January 1st each year and you start collecting again. The LEVEL you reach at the end of the year you will keep for the following year. If you cannot maintain your LEVEL the following year, you will fall back one LEVEL. But once you make it through LEVEL 4, you've defeated the End Boss, saved the princess, and are allowed to stay there forever.

Example LEVEL 2: If you have reached LEVEL 2 in 2020, you will keep this LEVEL for the coming year 2021, but your LEVEL POINTS will be reset on 1st of January 2021. If you are able to collect 2000-6999 LEVEL POINTS again in 2021, you will keep LEVEL 2 for 2022. If not, you will fall back to LEVEL 1 in 2022.

Example LEVEL 3: If you have reached LEVEL 3 in 2020, you will keep this LEVEL for the coming year 2021, but your LEVEL POINTS will be reset on 1st of January 2021. If you are able to collect 7000-14999 LEVEL POINTS again in 2021, you will keep LEVEL 3 for 2022. If not, you will fall back to LEVEL 1 or LEVEL 2 in 2022.

Example LEVEL 4: Once you have reached LEVEL 4, you stay there for ETERNITY!

In LEVEL 2 (2000-6999 GRAILS) you get 10% discount on our sale category and 10% discount on 43einhalb stuff.

In LEVEL 3 (7000-14999 GRAILS) you get 15% discount on our sale category and 15% discount on 43einhalb stuff.

In LEVEL 4 (15000+ GRAILS) you get 20% discount on our sale category, 20% discount on 43einhalb stuff and 10% discount on EVERYTHING.

Please note: Your LEVEL benefits are valid after activation until the end of the current year and are permanently linked to your customer account. If you move up to a higher LEVEL, the new LEVEL benefits must be activated by you with a new code. Your LEVEL benefits are not valid in combination with additional sales promotions. In case of another discount promotion the better condition will always apply to you.

Your LEVEL benefits must be activated once by entering a personal code. Before you can activate the LEVEL benefits, log in with your 43einhalb customer account. Open your wallet by clicking the The Grail Club icon in the menu bar. Then you will find your personal code in the »Redeem« section of your wallet. Enter this code once in the shopping cart and activate the LEVEL benefits for your account for the rest of the year.

The membership of The Grail Club is free. In order to become a 43einhalb The Grail Club member, an active 43einhalb customer account is required, including all relevant information. Only natural persons who use the benefits of the program for private purposes can become members of The Grail Club.

The 43einhalb The Grail Club membership can be canceled at any time by any member without notice and without giving reasons. The 43einhalb GmbH reserves the right to terminate membership at any time and without notice in the event of misuse, deception or violation of the membership conditions.

The additional benefits associated with the membership in 43einhalb The Grail Club can be changed or cancelled at any time.
