1. Subject Matter

The organizer runs recurring sweepstakes under the title “The Grail Club Giveaway”. Specific details (prize(s), quantity, any RRP, entry period, special notes) are announced on the promotion page for the current giveaway and form part of these terms.

2. Eligibility

Open to natural persons aged 18+ (or with parental/guardian consent, where provided). No geographical restriction. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded. Legal recourse regarding the winner selection is excluded.

3. How to Enter & Mechanics

Free entry (base chance): In The Grail Club Wallet, you can activate your free base entry for the current giveaway with one click (1 base chance).

Optional giveaway boosts (GRAILS): 1 boost = 100 GRAILS; max. 10 boosts per person per giveaway. Each base chance and each boost equals 1 ticket/chance in the same random draw. Total chances: 1 (base) + redeemed boosts (max. 10) = up to 11 chances per person.

Note: “GRAILS” are program-internal points/tokens of The Grail Club (not legal tender, non-transferable, no cash equivalent). Acquisition and use are subject to the club rules.

4. Prize(s) & Promotion Details

The type and number of prizes as well as the entry period are indicated on the promotion page. No cash alternative, no exchange, non-transferable. If a stated prize is unavailable for reasons beyond the organizer’s control, an equivalent prize may be provided.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners are selected after the stated entry period by random draw (lottery) from all valid chances (base + boosts). Winners will be notified via email to the address stored in the account and must confirm the prize within 3 days. If no timely response is received, the claim expires; a replacement winner may be selected.

6. Prize Fulfilment

Fulfilment takes place after contacting the winner. Shipping/hand-over will be enabled worldwide where legally permitted and practically feasible (e.g., customs/import rules, carriers, hazardous-goods regulations). Additional country-specific charges (e.g., duties, import VAT) may apply and—unless otherwise stated on the promotion page—are payable by the winner. Any tax obligations at the place of residence lie with the winner.

7. Exclusion from Participation

Participants may be excluded and prizes revoked/reclaimed if they violate these terms, provide inaccurate information, use unfair means, or attempt manipulation (e.g., multiple accounts, bots/scripts).

8. Early Termination / Changes

The organizer may modify, suspend, or terminate a giveaway for good cause (e.g., technical disruptions, legal reasons, force majeure). Chances already acquired properly remain unaffected, where possible and reasonable.

9. Liability

The organizer is liable without limitation for intent/gross negligence and for injury to life, body, or health. In cases of simple negligence, the organizer is liable only for material contractual obligations (cardinal duties) and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Mandatory liability (e.g., under the German Product Liability Act – ProdHaftG) remains unaffected.

10. Content / Name Mention

The organizer may use the winners’ first name or username in short form (e.g., “Max M. from Frankfurt”) for editorial coverage of the current giveaway; any further publication requires separate consent.

11. Classification / Transparency

Participation is possible without payment (base chance). Boosts are optional and only increase the number of chances in the same draw. This is a giveaway (no official gambling license required).

12. Governing Law / Severability

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies (without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection at the participant’s place of residence). Should individual provisions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
