With standard shipping, you'll receive your parcel within 3–4 days. In major cities, parcels often arrive within just 2 days.

Canary Islands: Depending on order value and product, additional taxes and customs charges may apply for delivery to the Canary Islands. These are the recipient’s responsibility and cannot be refunded.

With our FedEx shipping, you'll receive your parcel within 3–4 days. In major cities near the German-Swiss border, such as Zurich and Basel, parcels usually arrive within 2–3 days.

Notes on Swiss VAT, customs & fees:
Please note that import VAT (Swiss VAT) and, if applicable, customs duties are charged when importing into Switzerland. These costs are borne by you as the buyer.

VAT:
We only charge the net price (see gross price on our website minus 19% German VAT). Swiss customs then charge 8% Swiss VAT plus possible customs duties and postal clearance fees upon import. These fees are billed separately by customs and are due upon delivery. More information on Swiss VAT is available on the website of the Swiss Federal Tax Administration.

Customs duties:
The amount depends on the net value of the goods, the gross weight of the parcel (including packaging), and the type of goods. You can find out which customs duties apply for which product groups from your local customs office (e.g., contact Basel customs office: email kdbs.zentrale@ezv.admin.ch | Tel.: +41 61 287 11 11).
If you return the goods, paid customs and Swiss VAT can be reclaimed from the customs office. Further details and an example calculation of customs fees can be found on the Swiss Customs website.

Postal clearance fee:
When importing into Switzerland, a so-called postal clearance fee is charged if customs or VAT exceed the exemption amount of 5 CHF. This fee is charged by Swiss Post for handling customs clearance and is approximately 20 CHF per parcel.
