For returns from abroad, you must cover the shipping costs yourself. We recommend using insured shipping. Please send your return to the following address:

Simply use our 43einhalb returns portal for your return and receive a return label.
For each return within Germany we charge a return fee of €2.95, which will automatically be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges: What’s the best way to proceed?

Return to sender – the item doesn’t fit and you’d like to exchange it? Just place a new order; depending on the payment method, the item will be shipped immediately. As soon as we receive your return, we’ll refund the amount of your original order. Note: An exchange (different size, color, etc.) at sale prices is not possible. For a new order, the current price at the time of purchase applies.

Refunds: How do you get your money back?

We’ll refund the amount of your original order after receiving your return, minus the return fee of €2.95 (only in Germany), via the same payment method you used. Complaints: How to report a defective item?

Nobody is perfect – is your product defective or does it have a material flaw? For complaints, please contact our support team before sending the item back via info@43einhalb.com. We’ll be happy to help.

Returns: How do you send items back?

Please use our returns portal to register your return within Germany. Keep your order number and email address handy. For each return we charge a return fee of €2.95, which is automatically deducted from your refund.

Free Returns: Are there exceptions?

A free return is only possible if you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. Please contact our customer support in advance via info@43einhalb.com.

Return Conditions: What should you keep in mind?

  • Please don’t send your items postage unpaid or uninsured. We have to charge you for unpaid parcels.
  • Only items tried on for size may be returned. Worn or washed items are excluded from return or exchange.
  • Items with signs of wear or damage caused by the customer are excluded from returns or exchanges.
  • Packaging is part of the product. We only accept products and shoes in their original boxes and textiles & accessories in their original packaging. Damaged or missing packaging may reduce your refund.
  • Complaints are only processed after prior consultation (via email).
  • If possible, please use our shipping box for your return.

Value Reduction: When do you have to compensate for depreciation?

You’re welcome to try on clothing and shoes – just like in a store. However, compensation for depreciation applies if the product has been used beyond simply trying it on. For example:

  • Allowed: Trying on clothes or testing shoes indoors.
  • Not allowed: Returning worn or washed clothes, removing tags, or wearing shoes outdoors.
In such cases, we may deduct the resulting loss of value from your refund.
