Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period is 14 days from the day on which the goods were received by you, by a person you designated (who is not the carrier), or were received at / made available for collection at a pick-up point chosen by you (e.g. Packstation, store, parcel shop).

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Ideally, please use our provided withdrawal form

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you – including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than our least expensive standard delivery). The refund will be made without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods – whichever is the earlier.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for the refund.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Within Germany, you can conveniently register your return via our returns portal. In this case, we charge a flat return fee of 2,95 €, which will be automatically deducted from the refund amount. Alternatively, you can arrange the return at your own expense with a carrier of your choice – in this case you are responsible for all costs incurred and for ensuring the return arrives on time. For returns from abroad, you always bear the full return shipping costs.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

No right of withdrawal exists for contracts:

• for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and were unsealed after delivery,
• for the supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised,
• for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate rapidly or which may quickly reach their expiry date.

Compensation for loss of value

You must compensate for any possible loss in value of clothing or footwear if this loss is due to handling beyond mere trying on. Trying on clothing or trying on shoes indoors is permitted. Not permitted in particular is wearing clothing in everyday use, removing tags, or wearing shoes outdoors. In such cases, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from your refund.
