STARCOW was founded in 1996 in the Parisian suburbs and became a pioneer of streetwear in France, blending skate and hip-hop cultures. The store quickly moved to the heart of Paris, importing hard-to-find products and gaining recognition both nationally and internationally. Four years later, STARCOW opened in the Halles district, a hub of Parisian hip-hop and skate culture, and began focusing on a more refined selection.
