The experts at the Nike lab worked on the Shox technology for sixteen years. In 2000, it was finally revealed to the world. Three editions were released: the Shox R4, BB4 and XTR.
So, how did the technology works? The principle is simple - Nike Shox absorbs energy from the impact of the wearer’s »heel strike« and returns it to the wearer as he or she transfers weight forward to »toe-off« on to the next stride.
